Insights into our training workshop
We recently had the honor of welcoming our Executive Board members Marc Llistosella and Dr. Claudia Mayfeld to experience the excellence of our training program and the modern apprentice environment at our Munich headquarters.
The highlight of the visit was an in-depth tour of our state-of-the-art training workshop, where they had the unique opportunity to meet our apprentices at work and witness their dedication. The visit included an inspiring tour of the electrical engineering lab and an introduction to the prototyping department to see the advanced tools that prepare our apprentices for the future.
What makes our training program unique? We nurture the individual talents of each apprentice with the support of highly qualified and experienced trainers. At our Munich site, 21 apprentices and 22 dual students are currently shaping the future of innovation and quality through 5 apprenticeship types and up to 6 different dual study program options.
